1. Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the agreement between TRACK SHIELD, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and the customer, hereinafter referred to as "the Client," for the provision of car tracking services.

2. Service Description

The Company offers car tracking services utilizing GPS technology to monitor and track the location of vehicles registered under the Client’s account. Our tracker assesses fuel efficiency, performs diagnostics on electric vehicles, and can shut down your vehicle in case of theft.

3. Service Provision

1. The Company shall install tracking devices in the Client’s vehicles and provide access to an online platform or application for real-time monitoring.
2. The Client acknowledges that the tracking system relies on GPS signals and may be affected by factors such as network availability, weather conditions, and geographical obstructions.

4. Client Responsibilities

1. The Client shall ensure that vehicles are maintained in a suitable condition for the proper functioning of the tracking devices.
2. The Client shall use the tracking services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Data Privacy

1. The Company shall handle all tracking data in accordance with its privacy policy, ensuring the confidentiality and security of information collected.
2. The Client understands and agrees that the Company may collect, store, and use tracking data for service improvement and analysis.

6. Service Charges and Payments

1. The Client shall pay the fees as outlined in the agreed-upon service plan. Payment terms, including billing cycles and methods, will be specified in the service agreement.
2. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the tracking services. The maximum liability of the Company, if found responsible, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the service.

8. Termination

1. Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice to the other party, subject to any termination clauses specified in the service agreement.

9. Governing Law

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Miscellaneous

1. Any amendments or modifications to these terms and conditions shall be valid only if made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
